February Focus on Holland
February is our Focus on Dutch Cheeses. Holland, the Netherlands, Dutch, these all refer to the same place, the lowland country with the dykes and the bikes. At Dobbs & Bishop, we take Gouda (pronounced "HOW-duh"), the mightiest of Dutch cheese, seriously. You can take home any of the following: goat gouda, sheep gouda, 3 year aged Gouda, 4 year aged Gouda, 18 month aged Gouda. This month, stop by any Saturday to taste a different cheese from Holland.
